Banana Bread

Yields: 1 Loaf

Ingredients

1 cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped

1 3/4 cups Bread Flour

3/4 cup Granulated White Sugar

1 t Baking Powder

1/4 t Baking Soda

1/4 t Salt

1 t Cinnamon, ground

2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted and

cooled

3 Large Ripe Bananas, mashed well

1 t Pure Vanilla Extract

Method

In a mixing bowl, mix the dry

ingredients together. Mix the butter,

bananas, and the eggs together. Fold

the wet into the dry just until it is

thoroughly incorporated. Be careful not

to over mix.

Pour batter into a loaf pan that has

been greased and dusted with flour.

Place loaf pan into oven and select the

MasterChef Program for Banana Bread.

Follow the directions in the display.
